What is your exchange policy on items that I don’t like? (back to top)
If you have purchased an item that you don't enjoy, please let us know. We know that in order for you to be successful, its very important that you are looking forward to your next shake, soup, hot drink, pudding, or bar. We are happy to exchange items for you, but please adhere to the following exchange instructions:

• Only boxes that have been unopened will be accepted for exchange. Please do not return boxes missing items or they will not be exchanged.

• All boxes must be received in the same conditions as they were sold.

• Please use a shipping company that can provide you with a tracking number. This way, if for some reason you return is not received in a timely manner, we can successfully locate it.

• Your exchange must be within 30 days of your original purchase date. Any items received beyond this time, will not be processed.

When we receive your exchange, the cost of shipping your exchange will be processed to your credit card on file. Additionally, please include a note with that includes instructions of what you would like to exchange your items for and also include your name, address, and phone number where you would like them shipped.
